Vendors
Preferred vendors
We keep a list of partners who know the building, the load-in and the production setup. Food catering is exclusively through TableTop Catering and Puff ’N Stuff Catering; talk with us about other vendors you’d like to bring.

Teams who have shot in the space and know how the LED lighting reads on camera.
Entertainment & AV
DJs, bands and production teams who can plug into the built-in audio and monitors.
Florals & decor
Designers who work with the open floor plan and the venue's load-in schedule.
Planning & coordination
Weddings do not require an outside planner. The MEZZ offers planning services; ask our team about the options for your event, or discuss outside coordinators.
Rentals & specialty furniture
Rental partners for anything beyond the tables, chairs and bars already included.
The current vendor list is shared directly by your event manager, so recommendations stay accurate for your date and event type.
Outside vendors
Bringing your own team
For services other than food catering, outside vendors may be considered with prior approval. We'll confirm insurance, load-in timing and any production requirements ahead of your event date. Food catering is exclusively through TableTop Catering and Puff ’N Stuff Catering.
