Guests arrive through the lobby, where a step-and-repeat or sponsor wall gets its own space away from the main floor.

Seated dinner
Rounds are set with the staging area in view, so honorees and their tables have a direct line to the front.

The presentation
Monitors carry recipient names and video packages while built-in audio covers the podium and walk-up music.
- Stage 4
Celebration after
Lighting changes and the floor opens for the reception half, with the Plum Room available for honorees and press.
